During our numerous visits to Congo, we became tangibly aware of the poor state of health care. There are huge shortages, most notably in equipment and the availability of basic diagnostics.

As a foundation, we want to help, within the limits of our possibilities, in the development of blood donation, which is an area that directly saves human lives.

We have collaborated with the National Centre for Blood Donation (CNTS) and one of the public hospitals in the poor district of Kinshasa, Camp Luka, to create a properly equipped facility for donating, testing and storing blood for transfusions in the nearby public hospitals.
